about Shine the Light...
Shine the Light Incorporated
is a non-profit charitable organization founded in 1993 to
support Christian radio ministry in Northwest Minnesota
and Northeast North Dakota. Today's Christian Music,
Q107fm is partially supported by the funding provided from
Shine the Light, Inc.
Shine the Light, Inc. also owns and operates six translators. They are located in Grand Forks, ND (104.9fm), Walker, MN (104.9fm),
Thief River Falls, MN (107.9fm), Park Rapids, MN (92.9fm), Bemidji, MN (94.5fm), and Roseau, MN (102.9fm). These translators rebroadcast the Q107fm signal to expand and enhance the
coverage area. Worldwide internet streaming of Q107 is also underwritten by donations to Shine the Light, Inc.
Shine the Light, Inc is organized for two purposes:
- First, to bring glory to God by supporting the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Second, to encourage Christian believers to stand unashamedly for the truth and moral principles of historic Christianity found in the Bible.
These purposes will be accomplished by:
- Promoting the gospel through available media, including, but not limited to, radio, television, films, and the press.
- Supporting other media and ministries, which promote the Gospel.
